Responsibilities

• Conduct change order pricing and negotiate contracts to optimize cost‑effectiveness.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring clear communication and efficient collaboration among team members.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Understand and adhere to corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc., and their impact on project activities.
• Manage project budgets and financial reporting, ensuring that projects are financially successful.
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment, adhering to OSHA‑30 certification standards.
• Handle stressful situations in a courteous, professional, and diplomatic manner.
