Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of full-cycle project management experience in commercial mechanical construction.
• Proven track record of consistently delivering profitable projects and developing repeat business.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various construction sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle for multiple concurrent commercial mechanical projects.
• Develop and manage project schedules, baselines, and the critical path method (CPM) scheduling.
• Champion and promote JH Kelly’s safety and quality protocols across all projects and teams.
