Job summary

ENTRUST Solutions Group in Denver, CO, is seeking a dynamic Project Engineer to support gas transmission and natural gas pipeline projects, collaborating with project managers and senior engineers.

You will help estimate engineering hours for proposals, ensure quality control, and direct multi-discipline teams on complex designs, while staying connected with clients as needed.

This position is remote with periodic in-office meetings and travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the pipeline industry or a related industry.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Managers and Unit Leaders to progress complex and technical engineering designs.
• Assist in preparing proposals by estimating engineering hours and ensuring quality control processes.
• Apply complex technical information to designs and ensure projects meet specifications.
• Support small to large multi-discipline projects; direct engineers, drafters and designers; prepare complex analyses.
• Interact with clients and stakeholders as needed to understand design requirements and business development goals.
