Qualifications

• BS in Engineering required with in-depth knowledge in mechanical, electrical or industrial domains.
• 10+ years of experience in project engineering, applications engineering, or technical project management.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Experience working with production/manufacturing environments and familiarity with PM tools/methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discussions with customers to clarify requirements, specifications, and performance expectations.
• Translate customer needs into detailed engineering documentation, scope definitions, and internal work instructions.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, production planning, and quality teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and achievable.
• Review and approve engineering deliverables, ensuring alignment with customer specs and internal standards.
• Ensure sales orders are entered with complete technical details, configurations, and customer requirements.
• Lead regular update meetings with customers and internal teams, providing status reports and timelines.
