A leading technology and equipment firm is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer in Trevose, PA to contribute to the development of laboratory and pharmaceutical equipment. The successful candidate will manage project schedules, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with specifications. Responsibilities include creating 3D models, manufacturing drawings, and technical documentation. The ideal applicant will hold a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering and have experience with SolidWorks and OEM design.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in mechanical design of systems, including OEM experience.
• Ability to create 3D designs and 2D drawings.
• Proficient in generation of BOM and interpretation of P&ID diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Manage project schedules and customer communication.
• Generate concept and manufacturing drawings.
• Prepare design and functional specifications and documentation.
• Provide assembly and testing support to production teams.
