Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in mechanical purchasing within manufacturing.
• NetSuite ERP experience for inventory, procurement workflows and material tracking.
• Proficient Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for data analysis.
• Experience with sheet-metal fabrications and plastic molding components preferred.
• Willingness to work on-site at Methuen/Lawrence, MA facility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement of high-value mechanical components and raw materials.
• Lead supplier negotiations and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Manage NetSuite MRP parameters and demand planning to optimize direct material flow.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering to resolve shortages and quality issues.
• Review drawings and BOMs to assess capability and quoting accuracy.
• On-time delivery and supplier performance management.
