Job summary

Momentive Technologies is seeking a Senior Mechanical Process Engineer to lead engineering efforts for Ceramic Powder, Engineered Coating, and machining lines at the Strongsville plant. You will partner with Operations, Maintenance, and Safety to drive process improvements, cost reductions, and quality enhancements while maintaining rigorous documentation.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Ceramics with 5+ years of relevant experience, Lean Six Sigma, and knowledge of SPC and

Qualifications

• Requires Lean Six Sigma proficiency and SPC knowledge.
• Experience leading process engineering projects in manufacturing.
• Ability to design and implement control plans and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering efforts across quoting, design, machining, inspection and coating.
• Support Safety, Quality, Productivity, Delivery and CI goals with Operations and Maintenance.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing practices to reduce lead times and costs.
• Develop and monitor SPC charts, CTQ callouts, SOPs, and process controls.
• Collaborate with Safety and QA to ensure compliance and proper documentation.
