HDR is seeking a Senior Mechanical Power Engineer to join their national Power Generation team. This role involves leading mechanical teams on various projects, focusing on both renewable and natural gas generation systems. Candidates should possess extensive experience in power generation design, particularly with gas turbines and large reciprocating engines, to effectively handle multiple concurrent assignments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in power generation design.
• Professional Engineers (PE or P.Eng) license.
• Gas turbine and steam turbine expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical project team and coordinate with other disciplines.
• Provide engineering support for design and owner’s engineer projects.
• Monitor project status and communicate updates effectively.
