Job summary

Ideal candidates bring 8–10 years in mechanical PM, strong leadership, and proficiency with Procore, Spectrum, and reading mechanical/plumbing plans; OSHA 10 is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8–10 years in mechanical project management.
• Proficiency in Procore, Spectrum, and reading mechanical/plumbing plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of mechanical projects from planning and scheduling to budgeting and execution.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams; liaise with clients, vendors, subcontractors and internal departments.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage change orders and documentation, and track project progress.
• Create and maintain project schedules; coordinate with contractors and conduct site visits.
• Develop and manage budgets, monitor progress billings, and ensure profitability.
