Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 5+ years of Stress Analysis experience or a Master’s with 3+ years of Stress Analysis experience or JD/PhD in Engineering.
• US Citizenship is required to be considered for this opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform advanced mechanical integrity, stress, and lifing assessments using finite element analysis and other numerical modeling techniques.
• Mentor and train junior analysts, providing technical guidance and fostering professional development within the team.
• Conduct peer reviews of analysis projects, ensuring high standards of technical quality and rigor.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for mechanical integrity matters, facilitating communication with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to internal and external stakeholders, clearly communicating complex results.
• Actively participate in the global engineering community, sharing expertise and best practices.
• Champions continuous improvement initiatives, driving enhancements to tools, processes, and methods.
