Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.

Responsibilities

Directly manage and lead mechanical installation crews deploying MHE across North America.
Oversee structural header steel installation and anchoring to building structures.
Lead conveyor prep, staging, and section placement on supports.
Manage belt connections, alignment, belt tension, and hardware tightening.
Direct side guide and netting installation with proper tension.
Oversee pneumatic/air systems installation and leak verification.
Coordinate with logistics to inventory, stage, and distribute materials.
Lead mechanical QC, commissioning, and IOQ checks before handoff.
