Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Mechanical Integration Lead to drive installation, integration, and deployment of material handling equipment across multiple fulfillment center sites in North America. You will provide hands-on mechanical engineering leadership, manage installation crews, and ensure safety, schedule, cost, and quality requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience leading mechanical teams in fast-paced automated environments.
• Proven ability to manage people and coordinate multi-site deployment.

Responsibilities

• Direct mechanical installation crews deploying MHE across North America.
• Oversee structural header steel installation and conveyor prep/placement.
• Lead belt, pneumatic, and pneumatic/air system installation and testing.
• Coordinate with logistics to stage materials and manage schedules.
• Drive safety, quality, and on-time project delivery across zones.
