You will work with multidisciplinary teams and international colleagues on large-scale rail projects, ensuring robust, innovative solutions.

The role requires 8+ years in mechanical integration, a mechanical engineering degree, and strong CAD skills (Creo/CATIA/Autodesk). Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience in mechanical integration.
• Proficiency with 3D CAD tools (Creo, CATIA, Autodesk).

Responsibilities

• Carry out 3D mechanical integration analysis across train components, producing clear and actionable reports.
• Lead the development and integration of mechanical systems, including supplier collaboration and co-design activities.
• Manage and maintain the full train digital mock-up in 3D CAD environments.
• Develop and oversee tolerance stack-up analysis to ensure successful system integration.
• Produce full train assembly drawings to support manufacturing processes.
• Design mechanical components such as frames, brackets, and supporting structures.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to deliver engineering excellence.
• Coach, mentor, and review the work of team members to ensure quality, consistency, and continuous development.
