Job summary

CHA Consulting, Inc. seeks a Senior Mechanical HVAC Engineer to join our Commercial & Institutional - MEP Team at our Bethlehem, Reading, or Parsippany office locations.

You will lead the technical execution of commercial and school projects, coordinating with multiple disciplines, and mentoring junior staff while developing proposals and client-facing materials. A PE license and 10+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required; Master's degree preferred.
• Professional Engineer License (PE) required.
• Minimum of 10 years progressive engineering experience; consulting background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical execution of commercial and school projects within the HVAC discipline.
• Plan, schedule, conduct and coordinate project phases with other engineering teams.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff; develop proposals and presentations.
• Resolve highly complex technical issues and monitor project progress for quality.
