Qualifications

• OSHA 30-hour construction safety training.
• 8 years of experience inspecting construction work, varying in size and complexity.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret plans and specs; prepare written contract administration documents.
• Ensure installations comply with project specs, ASHRAE, NFPA, and local codes.
• Review plans for constructability and provide comments; oversee testing, commissioning, and startup of mechanical systems.
