Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training in mechanical systems preferred.
• Proven experience as a mechanical foreman or similar in construction.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of mechanical technicians, ensuring tasks align with project schedules and specs.
• Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of mechanical systems per codes and standards.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure safety regulations and quality control.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to team members.
• Coordinate with project managers and contractors to meet deadlines and address delays.
• Maintain records of materials, labor hours, and project progress.
• Troubleshoot mechanical systems and equipment as needed.
• Assist with procurement of materials and equipment.
