Job summary

Canadian Breaks Consulting, LLC is seeking a Mechanical Field Superintendent – Senior Consultant for an onsite project in Boise, ID. The role requires coordinating between internal teams and subcontractors to execute HVAC, piping, and equipment installations from rough-in through startup.

Candidates should have 5+ years of mechanical construction experience, be able to work onsite in Boise, pass a pre-employment drug screen, and be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanical construction experience, including HVAC, hydronic and process piping, and equipment installation.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to work fully onsite in Boise, ID, pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen, and work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities with other superintendents and subcontractors.
• Supervise multiple subcontractors and craft employees.
• Maintain and adjust the project schedule daily.
• Manage RFIs and submittal materials for client/architect review.
• Oversee equipment setting, rigging, and heavy lift activities.
• Verify piping and equipment installations through pressure testing, flushing, and system fill.
• Provide status, risk, and mitigation updates to CBC leadership and the client.
