Responsibilities

• Investigate and recommend redesigns based on new projects.
• Initiate action regarding methods in experimental work.
• Conduct shop tryouts regarding new manufacturing methods.
• Direct technical work of technicians and engineers.
• Manage medium sized projects including installation and startup.
• Prepare reports and maintain working records.
