Qualifications

• Licensed Journeyperson or equivalent experience in a technical discipline.
• Ability to read specifications and drawings.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex estimates.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical subcontractor and estimating strategy.
• Prepare shadow estimates and oversee mechanical subcontractor estimates.
• Evaluate project risks and cost trends.

Skills

Mechanical design-build experience

Advanced knowledge of plumbing and HVAC

5+ years of estimating experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Strong analytical skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
