• Perform cost risk analysis and input into value engineering.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Utilize estimating software to prepare estimates.
• Provide estimating guidance to project stakeholders.
• Maintain knowledge of estimating processes and methodologies.
• Prepare formal estimating reports with assumptions and clarifications.
• Develop estimating standards and best practices.
