Qualifications

• At least eight years' experience in engineering consulting or adjacent field.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or other relevant field.
• PE license preferred.

• Knowledge of Sustainable certification programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage Projects across Real Estate, Highrise, Tenant Improvement, Life Sciences and Building Infrastructure segments.
• Project management functions including scope, client management, scheduling and financials.
• Vet company processes and provide input.
• Develop and support assistant project managers for similar projects.
• Be a technical resource for staff and provide input on design and reviews.
• Perform page turns and input on staff performance and staffing projections.
• Drive ownership, accountability and culture through the company.
• Interact with partners and executives to support growth and quality agenda.
• Marketing / Business Development Support and identifying opportunities, develop fees, maintain client relationships.
