Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of mechanical product design and development experience.
• 5+ years of technical project leadership experience managing complex programs.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional engineering initiatives.
• Strong experience with mechanical design, thermal systems, and product development processes.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across organizations.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a diverse team of mechanical, thermal, and mechanical quality engineers.
• Guide multiple cross-functional development programs delivering Automated Test Equipment solutions.
• Establish engineering rigor and scalable processes; foster innovation and collaboration.
• Partner with engineering, product development, manufacturing, and leadership to deliver solutions.
• Shape strategic initiatives for the mechanical engineering community of 100+ engineers.
