Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent required; advanced degrees preferred.
• Strong analytical skills for advanced stress/strain, kinematic, and thermal analyses.
• Proficiency in GD&T and DfX concepts.
• Extensive SolidWorks experience and PDM proficiency.
• Experience leading cross-functional hardware development roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Designs and analyzes electro-opto-mechanical components and packaging.
• Performs system modeling including stress/strain, tolerance stack-up, and thermal analysis.
• Generates system-level and sub-system requirements; oversees ECO documentation.
• Manages projects with support personnel from concept to production release.
• Acts as technical lead in cross-functional product development teams.
• Develops and manages hardware development roadmaps.
