As part of a collaborative team of mechanical, civil, and electrical engineers, you will develop solutions from concept through prototype development, testing, documentation, and production. Job Duties: The Senior Mechanical Engineer will collaborate with teams to develop innovative, practical solutions and drive program success. Key responsibilities include product design, advanced engineering analysis, creating and delivering drawings, coordinating hardware fabrication, and authoring detailed technical procedures. The role also involves preparing presentations, field reports, cost estimates, and design reviews for diverse audiences. Additionally, the engineer will assist the Program Manager with technical, cost, and schedule requirements of current tasks and help shape strategies for future tasks based on customer needs. Ideal candidates are professional, self-motivated, innovative, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, working effectively with engineers, technicians, and customer staff.
