Job summary

BraunAbility group is seeking a Lead/Senior Engineer to drive Value Analysis/Value Engineering initiatives in Indiana. The ideal candidate will optimize product design and manufacturing processes to reduce costs and enhance customer satisfaction. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, engineer new vehicle conversions, and improve design methodologies. Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and at least 7 years of automotive design experience. The position offers a full-time role in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years work experience in automotive design required.
• Dimensional Management and Understanding of GD&T required.
• Previous assembly plant launch experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive VA/VE initiatives to optimize product design.
• Identify innovative ideas that improve customer experience.
• Coordinate with production to implement VA/VE projects.
