Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is required; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive mechanical engineering experience in product development or related disciplines.
• Experience leading complex engineering programs across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive development of complex products, systems, and technologies across multiple projects.
• Provide technical leadership and influence decisions, engineering practices, and solutions.
• Evaluate risks and tradeoffs to support sound engineering decisions.
• Develop and validate designs through analysis, prototyping, testing, and problem solving.
• Mentor engineers and technicians; promote engineering best practices.
• Support adoption of engineering standards, tools, and processes.
• Lead resolution of complex quality issues and cost-saving initiatives.
• Contribute to innovation through exploration of new product solutions.
