Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/aerospace/mechatronics/robotics.
• 5+ years of mechanical engineering experience in aerospace/spaceflight/robotics.
• 3+ years as a responsible engineer or technical lead.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical and mechanism development from scope to verification.
• Own technical execution through design, procurement, build, test and delivery.
• Lead trade studies on architecture, materials, interfaces and tolerance.
• Lead design reviews with cross-functional teams and drive closure.
• Manage schedules, vendors, budgets, and risk mitigation activities.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to design standards.
