Job summary

You will collaborate with engineering and product development to design, research, test, and evaluate both existing and new products, supporting production and fabrication while advancing quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum of 10 years of mechanical engineering experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical design experience with proficiency in SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD software.
• Experience managing engineering projects from design through production.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve mechanical components and pump systems.
• Create and maintain 3D models, engineering drawings, and product documentation using SolidWorks.
• Evaluate manufacturing processes and recommend improvements for quality and efficiency.
• Investigate product issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Support new product development, prototype testing, validation, and R&D projects.
• Manage engineering software updates and implementation.
