Job summary

Fulfil is seeking a Senior/Staff Mechanical Engineer to productize its proprietary automation robotics system and advance new features for robust, scalable deployments. You will own the hardware design across R&D, systems, and manufacturing, guiding multi-robot deployments and ensuring cost-effective manufacturing.

You will work with cross-functional teams to add functionality, improve reliability, and drive GD&T drawings, BOMs, testing, and deployment in new facilities, with equity and startup

Qualifications

• 4–8 years designing and building complex mechanical systems.
• Experience with CAD, preferably SolidWorks; ability to generate production drawings.
• Familiarity with DFMEA, 8D, Six Sigma and DF(M) tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for site deployments.

Responsibilities

• Productize Fulfil’s automation tech and upgrade designs for robustness and cost-down.
• Own mechanical design for large-scale deployments and manufacturing.
• Lead 3D CAD work, BOM creation, and GD&T drawings.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and NPI teams to improve reliability.
• Drive hardware deployment at new facilities and iterate based on data.
