We work across multiple sectors including Science & Technology, Mission Critical, Academic, Healthcare, and Commercial buildings. Celebrating our 75th year with a staff of over 500 across nine offices, we are proud to be one of the leading independently owned engineering firms in the country.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Senior Engineer - Healthcare, Science, and Technology focus
  2. Applying knowledge and experience with calculations, equipment selection, ductwork distribution systems, water system designs, boiler plants, chilled water plants, and preparing construction documents
  3. Collaborating with the Marketing Department on proposal development and PowerPoint presentations to establish goals and objectives for business growth
  4. Maintaining current client relationships and developing new contacts, especially in the healthcare sector
  5. Managing smaller projects as needed
  6. Reviewing RFPs and developing proposals
  7. Coordinating with other disciplines such as electrical and mechanical on multi-discipline projects

Essential Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering; PE license strongly preferred
  • Strong commitment to sustainability
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive, engaging personality
  • Good judgment and decision-making abilities
