Ideal candidates have 5+ years in design, startup, or commissioning of power systems, strong communication, and the ability to travel to project sites as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills are essential.
• Experience coordinating across multidisciplinary project teams in EPC/design‑build environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop mechanical design standards for power generation and utility infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with electrical, controls, civil, and structural disciplines to align mechanical designs with interconnection requirements.
• Lead or support design development from concept to issued‑for‑construction documentation.
