Job summary

AHU Technologies Inc in Royal Oak, Michigan is seeking a Licensed Mechanical Engineer to lead mechanical and plumbing design efforts. This role involves producing stamped construction documents and coordinating HVAC and plumbing systems across various projects, particularly in healthcare.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HVAC and plumbing design experience in AEC environment.
• Active PE license (Mechanical PE required).
• Strong experience with Revit and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Design and stamp mechanical and plumbing construction documents across all project phases.
• Perform HVAC system design including load calculations and equipment sizing.
• Design plumbing systems including domestic water, sanitary, storm, and gas systems.
