Larson Design Group (LDG) is seeking a Senior Engineer with a PE license to lead design activities and coordinate project submissions. This role includes QA/QC duties, budgeting, and ensuring client goals are met.

The Senior Engineer will guide teams, develop schedules and labor estimates, and maintain budgets for complex scopes of work while collaborating across disciplines to deliver innovative, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in engineering from ABET-accredited school.
• Minimum of twelve years of job-related experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure required.

Responsabilités

• Plans and designs tasks, reviews others’ work, prepares construction documents and delivers projects.
• Demonstrates experience with technically complex projects.
• Maintains collaborative relationships across departments and project teams.
• Applies codes and standards applicable to design of projects.
• Performs final QA/QC review of project submissions.
• Develops schedules, technical proposals, and labor hour estimates.
• Works with project teams to define and deliver the scope of work.
• Promotes QA/QC processes to improve deliverables and reduce design errors.
