ENFRA is seeking a Mechanical Professional Engineer III to lead the design, coordination, and delivery of complex HVAC, hydronic, and thermal plant systems for hospital and college campuses. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, ensure code-compliant, constructible solutions, and mentor junior engineers within ENFRA’s design-build model.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in architectural or mechanical engineering required.
  • 10+ years of design experience as a mechanical engineer.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and excellent client communication.

Responsibilities

  • Signing and sealing engineering documents and overseeing technical quality.
  • Lead the design and execution of complex mechanical systems on large projects.
