gpac in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection design across data centers, healthcare, higher education, and more. You will mentor junior engineers from concept through construction administration and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

You will also stamp docs, review calculations, and perform energy analyses while maintaining client relationships and ensuring project success. Hybrid schedule available with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires BS in Mechanical Engineering.
• Active PE license or able to obtain Texas licensure by comity.
• 8+ years of building MEP design experience at a consulting engineering firm.
• Strong working knowledge of ASHRAE standards, IMC/IPC, and energy codes.
• Experience with Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and load software such as Trace 3D Plus or HAP.
• LEED AP or healthcare experience is a plus.

An established MEP consulting engineering firm in Fort Worth is adding a Senior Mechanical Engineer to its building systems team. You'll lead HVAC and plumbing design on data center, telecommunication center, commercial, healthcare, higher education, and institutional projects from concept through construction administration, and you'll mentor junior engineers along the way.

What You'll Do

• Lead mechanical design for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems, including load calculations, equipment selection, and energy analysis
• Produce and stamp construction documents, specifications, and calculations
• Act as the main mechanical point of contact for clients, architects, and contractors

What You Bring
