We are seeking a Senior Level Mechanical Engineer with 8+ years of experience to grow their career. This position is based in Seattle, WA. If you meet the qualifications below, we encourage you to apply.

Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in-office / 2 remote
Salary: $124,800 - $183,040
Level: Mid to Senior

Responsibilities

As a licensed Professional Engineer, you will perform HVAC and plumbing design engineering, oversee multi-disciplinary teams, and manage projects from proposal to completion. You will be responsible for budgeting, scheduling, planning, design, and specifications across multiple projects, with authority to direct activities.

Position Requirements

• PE License
• 8+ years of engineering design and project management experience
• Expertise in HVAC and Plumbing Design
• Experience with design-build projects
• Energy studies, audits, and analysis experience
• Knowledge of Clean Buildings Law, HB1390, and Climate Action Plan
• Familiarity with local and state codes
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to clients and team members
• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering

Preferred Skills

LEED Accreditation is a plus.
