You will drive design quality, mentor junior engineers, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver complex buildings.

Qualifications

• Designing HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial construction projects.
• HVAC load calculations, equipment sizing, and system layouts.
• Coordinating engineering designs with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of HVAC and plumbing projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Lead mechanical engineering design for HVAC, plumbing, piping, and central utility plant projects.
• Perform HVAC load calculations and equipment sizing for large healthcare and education facilities.
• Coordinate designs with architects, civil/electrical/structural engineers and field teams.
• Mentor junior Mechanical Design Engineers and ensure design quality.
