Gilder Search Group is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to be on-site in Sacramento, CA. You will lead HVAC and plumbing design for healthcare and higher-education projects, guiding the design from preconstruction through completion and coordinating with architects, contractors, and clients.

You will mentor junior engineers, manage multiple projects, and benefit from ESOP ownership along with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Experience designing HVAC and plumbing for commercial construction.
• Ability to lead design from preconstruction through project closeout.
• Experience coordinating with architects and multidisciplinary teams.
