Job summary

Intralox, LLC, part of Laitram Corporation, is seeking a New Product Development Engineer to join the Emerging Capabilities (EC) Team. You will innovate with new materials and conveyance technologies and lead trials across design and manufacturing.

The role requires a Mechanical Engineering degree, 10+ years in NPD, and strong design-for-manufacturing skills; international/domestic travel <15% is expected; collaboration across global teams, with opportunities to impact food safety and logistics industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering; master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in new product development, plastics, conveyor systems, part/system design and validation/testing.
• Strong design-for-manufacturing background.
• Willingness to travel (<15%) internationally and domestically.
• Excellent communication skills to simplify technical concepts across diverse teams.

Responsibilities
