A leading engineering firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their MEP team for Hospitality and Gaming projects based in Glendale, California. In this role, you will identify and qualify new projects, manage client relationships, and oversee the design process while ensuring adherence to quality standards. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in relevant engineering fields and over 10 years of HVAC or electrical design experience. The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $110,000 to $160,000, based on individual qualifications.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of building HVAC or Electrical design experience.
• Registered Professional Engineer in State of California preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and qualify RFP/ RFQ’s.
• Direct and lead submittals in response to RFP/ RFQ’s.
• Manage existing and develop new client relationships.
• Perform at a ‘responsible charge’ level meeting design and quality levels.
• Manage work plans and deliverables within budgeted hours.
