Job summary

Arthrex, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Engineer I (Mechanical) – Product Development to drive full lifecycle development of medical devices for the Fluid Management team.

You will lead cross-functional efforts, maintain design history files, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting marketing, manufacturing, and customers. The role requires 5 years of relevant experience and a BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with hands-on CAD experience in SolidWorks or Creo.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant work experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.

Responsibilities

• Design components or systems and modify designs to improve products.
• Lead multifunctional product development projects and manage timelines and budgets.
• Maintain design history files per Arthrex procedures.
• Provide regulatory support to projects as needed.
• Assist marketing and product management with technical training materials.
• Support manufacturing with process improvements.
• Train surgeons and distributors on technical aspects of products.
