Make a Difference: Your work will help care for some of healthcare's most vulnerable patients: premature and critically ill newborns. Solve Complex Engineering Challenges: Lead the development of sophisticated mechanical systems involving thermal management and climate control, injection-molded and structural components, precision mechanisms and moving assemblies, human-centered product design, and high-reliability medical devices. Influence Product Direction: Work closely with software, electrical, systems, human factors, quality, manufacturing, and clinical experts to shape product architecture and technical strategy. Grow as a Technical Leader: Serve as a mechanical engineering expert, mentor developing engineers, and influence design decisions across multiple programs.
