Coffman Engineers’ Scottsdale, Arizona office seeks an energetic Mechanical Engineer with 10+ years in HVAC and plumbing design. You will lead a small team, consult with architects and contractors, and contribute to multi‑discipline projects for hospitals, commercial buildings, and government facilities.

This role offers leadership growth and a hybrid work schedule. Applicants should hold a BS in mechanical engineering and a PE license, with expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and energy modeling tools

Qualifications

• BS in mechanical engineering with Thermodynamics/Fluid Mechanics/Heat Transfer focus.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in HVAC and plumbing design.
• 10+ years of consulting engineering in Architectural/Engineering/Contractor Industry.

Responsabilités

• Lead a small team of engineers and designers.
• Mentor junior engineers and manage multi‑discipline projects.
• Design HVAC and plumbing systems for hospitals, commercial buildings, government projects, and industrial facilities.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to deliver integrated solutions.
