You will guide multi-discipline teams, prepare construction drawings and specifications, and coordinate with clients, contractors and officials.

The role requires a PE license, a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering, at least 8 years of design experience, proficiency in Revit and energy modeling, and willingness to travel up to 15%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• PE license (Professional Engineer).
• Minimum of 8 years of design experience in HVAC and power piping.
• Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and design guidelines.
• Proficiency in Revit and MS Office; ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering design, evaluation, and planning of mechanical systems for various building types.
• Perform load and energy calculations using software (e.g., IES).
• Conduct existing building surveys and document systems.
• Develop system design and equipment selection.
• Prepare detailed design documents, reports, and studies.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and provide construction administration.
