The position emphasizes adherence to ITAR and EAR regulations, with a strong emphasis on process improvements and cross-functional collaboration. A 4-year BS in engineering and 4+ years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 4 Year Bachelors BS degree AND 4+ years equivalent experience
• International - Bachelors BS/University degree equivalent by Country AND 4+ years equivalent experience
• Aken - Certified Technician/ Bachelor

Responsibilities

• Plans, schedules and coordinates detailed phases of a project.
• Participates in and promotes process improvements within assigned areas.
• Performs work which involves conventional engineering practices, but includes a variety of complex features, such as conflicting design requirements, non-standard materials and difficult coordination requirements.
• Provides direct support of sales and development by sharing information in the form of proposals and design reviews
• Independently writes and performs component tests.
