• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field).

• Experience designing for challenging operating environments is preferred.
• Proficiency with 3D CAD (SolidWorks) and use of PLM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of electro-mechanical components and assemblies.
• Serve as technical owner for mechanical design decisions across projects.
• Provide mentorship through design reviews and cross-functional collaboration.
• Drive verification, validation, and testing per development processes.
• Lead prototype builds and transition designs to production.
• Apply DFM/DFR principles and coordinate with manufacturing engineering.
