Qualifications

• Registered Professional Engineer with approximately 10 years of experience.
• Experience in healthcare, education, commercial, federal, and light industrial sectors.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple disciplines and with clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare design documents per project and company standards.
• Advise and mentor staff to support growth.
• Monitor project status to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate documents for QA/QC reviews.
• Coordinate staffing with the Project Manager.
• Assist in interviewing and providing feedback on future personnel.
• Attend at least 10 hours of company continuing education; teach topics of expertise.
• Review mechanical budget hours and coordinate adjustments with the Project Manager.
• Work with the Project Manager to manage manpower and budget.
