Job summary

Lennox International is seeking a Mechanical Engineer IV to lead highly complex mechanical and electromechanical design initiatives. You will mentor engineers, guide project execution, and influence strategic decisions across products and processes.

This senior role requires strong analytical abilities, demonstrated leadership, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, reliable solutions that meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience in combustion heating, product development, design engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of engineering science, mechanical systems, and product development methodologies.
• Expert proficiency with CAD software and engineering analysis tools.
• Experience leading major engineering projects and complex technical initiatives.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, analysis, and validation of complex mechanical and electromechanical systems, products, and components.
• Plan, organize, and technically direct major engineering projects and critical phases of strategic development programs.
• Apply advanced engineering methods, theories, and research techniques to solve complex technical challenges.
• Conduct investigations, testing, and analyses related to new designs, materials, and product improvements.
• Develop innovative engineering solutions that support performance, quality, cost, reliability, and customer requirements.
• Review technical data, test results, and engineering analyses to ensure sound technical decisions and recommendations.
