Responsibilities
- Lead design, modification, and evaluation of complex controls/test engineering activities.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define, document, analyze, perform, and interpret tests for products and modifications.
- Develop and execute test plans to evaluate controls functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Identify functional problems and recommend effective resolutions.
- Analyze test cases and results to support engineering decisions and product improvements.
- Support the development and maintenance of internal quality control standards and reliability programs.
