Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in hands-on mechanical design and product development.
• Experience involving robotics, automation, heavy equipment, or large machinery.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Drive the design and implementation of mechanical subsystems.
• Perform detailed engineering analyses including thermal and structural.
• Generate comprehensive engineering documentation including CAD models.
